Scripture Memory #10 - June 1, 2011

Hello JUNE 1st! We're close to the halfway mark for the year! The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and God's glorious majesty can be seen all around creation, but especially in each of YOU!

It's time to post your next memory verse. I've been working on a series of verses - one right after the next - and I've found that's been easier to remember since they're in the same book.

As you sit by the pool over the coming days and weeks, take the time to meditate on your next verse (and the others you have under your belt)....and don't forget to share it with us....I'm waiting....  :o)

Love, Laura

  2. Hey, Laur,
Glad you all have some sunshine! How much longer do the girls have? We're into our 3rd day of summer vacation, and are loving it! It's so nice not having to stick to a rigid routine.

    Here's my next verse:

“And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he hears us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” – 1 John 5:14-15

    Love you all,
    Julie

  4. I picked an easy one this time since I'm feeling so far behind in the others, but still working on them. Mine is:

    Matt 11:28
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest.

Hope you are all doing well. I enjoyed seeing the pictures of Tommy's party at the end of the school year.
